Care, Childcare and Health

With a growing and ageing population, we are increasingly dependent on services to the public. Train with us and gain first-hand experience that will launch your career!

We offer health and social care courses and childcare programmes.

  • Heath and social care training leads to careers in nursing homes, hospitals, medical practices, and health activities such as psychotherapy and physiotherapy
  • Childcare training leads to careers such as early years assistant, pre-school/nursery foundation/SEN assistant, and nanny/home-based child carer

Our learning programmes meet the needs of employers, providing learners with the skills and attributes for successful careers.

We work in partnership with employers to offer work placements, which are crucial to our programmes. You can expect to be on a placement every week and build up to 650 hours of experience during work placements every year.

It made me realise I wanted to dedicate my life to looking after people with illnesses or disabilities too.” Read more.
