Ross' story: A career in Biology

Last year, many of our A-level students celebrated getting the results they needed to progress on to university level programmes, advanced apprenticeships and more.

A-level student Ross Biddle was one of them. Ross graduated from City of Oxford College in 2015. He achieved 3 A* grades in Biology, Chemistry and Psychology and was overwhelmed by his achievement:

'I am ecstatic at my results. The teachers have been incredibly supportive, especially the science teachers. I would highly recommend studying at an Activate Learning college.

I will be starting my four-year programme in Biology in September at the University of Bristol, with the aim to progress to a PhD and research.'
