Generous Holiday Entitlement

Business support staff receive 25 days rising by 1 day per complete year of service to a maximum of 30 days after 5 years’ service, plus bank holidays.  Lecturers enjoy 40 days leave plus bank holidays and management staff receive 35 days, plus bank holidays.

Contributory Pension

All lecturers are eligible to join the Teacher’s Pension Scheme, all other staff are eligible to join the Local Government Pension Scheme. The schemes include the following key benefits:

Location and Car Parking

We have free car parking at the college at a convenient location. We are just 25 minutes by train from Central London with excellent bus and road connections to the rest of the country.
