Are you passionate about food and outstanding service?

The hospitality and catering industry is forecast to grow by another quarter of a million jobs by 2015. Restaurants, gastro pubs, cafes, cruise liners and contract catering are popular career areas, and we can help you to become a successful part of it.

Front-of-house (hospitality) careers include:

  • restaurant manager
  • head waiter, reception head waiter or host
  • wine waiter, le chef d’ etage or barista

Back-of-house (catering) careers include:

  • chef du cuisine/executive chef
  • sous chef, commis chef or chef du partie
  • saucier, grillardin, rotisseur or patissier

Why train here? Because you start cooking for real. We have our own restaurant on campus, which serves paying customers, so you get direct, professional experience built in to your course. It has an excellent reputation locally.
