Front-of-house (hospitality) careers include:
head waiter, reception head waiter or host
wine waiter, le chef d’ etage or barista
Back-of-house (catering) careers include:
chef du cuisine/executive chef
sous chef, commis chef or chef du partie
saucier, grillardin, rotisseur or patissier
