Blast radio is TVU’s annual and well established radio station run by students on the forth year Radio Broadcasting pathway, as part of the combined degree programme. Participants get to manage every aspect of the station, from play lists to promotions, posters to programmes. Blast radio appears for its one-month long broadcast every Spring, hitting the airwaves in the west London area and beyond. With a reach stretching from Southall to Notting Hill, Kingston to Harrow, the station offers its listeners a wide mix of music and entertainment, broadcasting from the world famous Ealing Studios. The website, also broadcasts the stations output and features additional information and news on the station, and also on those students who make it what it is.
